Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Dispatch timelines exclude public holidays.
• All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: A shipping fee of ₹200 applies.
• COD eligibility: Available on orders above ₹750 and below ₹5,000.
• All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST.

A Little Note Before You Order

• Each order can be shipped to one address only. To send Zaie jewellery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
• Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Do kindly review your delivery details before completing your purchase.

Our 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in selecting, checking and packing every Zaie piece before it leaves us.

Damaged or Incorrect Pieces

If your jewellery arrives damaged in transit, or you receive a piece different from the one you ordered, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.

Other Returns

If you'd like to return your jewellery for any other reason, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. In such cases, we will issue store credit, valid for use on the Zaie website for 60 days from the date of issue.
